Why are we doing it this way? The reason why you will have to choose between the two options is because we have to pay for every Wii U key that is distributed. You will not receive DRM-free or Steam access. Wii U – by selecting this option, you will receive a Wii U key and will be able to download the game from the Nintendo eShop. DRM-free+Steam Key – by selecting this option, you will be able to download the PC, Mac and Linux versions of the game, DRM-free or through Steam.
We’ve had a some questions about how distribution will work for the different versions of the game, so here’s a quick breakdown: through the Humble Store, each backer will be able to select one of two download choices-“DRM-free+Steam key” OR “Wii U”.ġ.
